A Plant Medicine Integration Circle for Healing, Insight & Expansion

Plant medicine and psychedelic experiences can open profound spaces within us- healing, clarity, connection, spiritual insight, expanded awareness, and new possibilities for how we live.
Rooted Integration is a grounded and supportive online circle for individuals seeking to bring the healing, insight, and expansion of plant medicine or psychedelic experiences more fully into everyday life.
Through facilitated reflection, meditation, meaningful connection, embodied practices, and gentle energy work, participants will be supported in tending what has been opened and listening more deeply to what their experiences may be inviting them to see, shift, embody, and become.
This is not about chasing another experience. It is about honoring what has already been revealed and allowing insight to take root in the way we live.
Introductory Gatherings
The introductory gatherings offer participants an opportunity to experience the circle before joining the three-month series.

Three-Month Integration Circle
Beginning in July, participants are invited into a consistent three-month circle with six twice-monthly gatherings for ongoing reflection, embodiment, connection, and integration.

Three-Month Commitment: $330 for all six gatherings
Space will be intentionally limited to support a connected, meaningful, and carefully held group experience.
