These private virtual Reiki trainings are designed for those who feel called to learn Reiki in a more intimate, grounded, and personalized setting.
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports the body, mind, and spirit in returning to balance. Through guided meditation, teaching, practice, and attunement, you’ll be introduced to Reiki as a path of self-healing, compassionate presence, and deeper connection to your own inner wisdom.
These one-on-one trainings are offered virtually and include a Reiki manual, attunement, guided practice, and certificate of completion.
Reiki 1: Foundations & Self-Healing
Reiki 1 is the beginning of the Reiki path and is centered on self-healing, energetic awareness, and learning to trust the wisdom of your own hands.
In this private training, you’ll learn the foundations of Reiki, explore the energy body, practice grounding and presence, and receive your Reiki 1 attunement. This level is ideal for anyone beginning their healing journey, wanting to deepen their connection to themselves, or seeking a gentle practice for nervous system support, emotional balance, and spiritual connection.
You’ll learn how to offer Reiki to yourself and begin to work with Reiki as a daily practice of compassion, steadiness, and care.

Reiki 2: Practitioner Path
Reiki 2 is for those who have completed Reiki 1 and feel ready to deepen their relationship with Reiki and begin sharing it with others.
In this private training, you’ll receive the Reiki 2 attunement, learn the sacred Reiki symbols, and explore practices for emotional, mental, and distant healing. We’ll also focus on boundaries, ethics, intuitive trust, and cultivating confidence as a practitioner.
This level is ideal for those who feel called to offer Reiki to friends, family, clients, animals, or their wider community, as well as those already in healing, wellness, yoga, therapy, coaching, or caregiving spaces who want to integrate Reiki into their work in a grounded and responsible way.
