An in-depth postural and life style analysis will lead to an appropriate programme of breathing techniques, connection with your body through yoga postures;

Working with your partner can be a rewarding experience and will deepen your understanding of your self practise. Family

No one is too young or old for yoga/pilates. Valerie has worked with a 2 day old baby to a very agile 80 year old. Promoting family health and body awareness is a joyous way to spend time with your sons, daughters, siblings, grandchildren etc; an excellent present.

Breathing Beauty: keep in control with specific breathing techniques. Essentially your breath has a direct impact on your nervous system. Inhalations are concerned with stimulating and readying the body for action. Exhalation is about rest and digest. If you are suffering from increased stress levels due to wedding plans etc your breath is your best choice for relaxation. Sessions with Valerie will include easy to embed breathing techniques that not only increase relaxation will also increase internal muscle tone.

Getting your mind and body ready for your growing family. If you are considering starting a family yoga/pilates and positive psychology are your bedrock to a more successful and enjoyable getting, being and post pregnancy for men and women.
